How long in advance of my move should I contact you?
As with anything, the more time to plan the better. We understand that often you won't know exactly when you will move and thus can't schedule a move too far in advance. We want to help you as much as possible to ease your transition to a new home, so feel free to contact us at any time.

What is an estimate and how should I get it?
An estimate is an approximation of the cost for moving you from point A to point B. Estimates are based on numerous factors: weight, volume, number of rooms, degree of difficulty involved, and the time and labor the move will require. What are your packing material prices?
All packing materials can be found on our Supplies page. In order to help you better prepare for your move, our affiliates offer FREE delivery for all supplies - whatever you don't use come time of your move, you can return for a refund.

What packing options do you offer?
We work hard with our affiliates to personalize your move based on your needs. In terms of packing, you can pack everything yourself, pack some of your belongings, or you can have one of our affiliates pack everything for you.
